After dinner we went to a movie.

Geiter's Visit

The Geiters stayed with us for a night on their trip.
I used to babysit Kristianna when she was Parker's age! We had a BBQ and then we tried getting
a fire going so we could make s'mores.Jeff is giving Daniel the evil eye for getting ash
all over him while attempting to keep the fire going!
We didn't let the lack of fire stop us from making s'mores.
We made them in the oven instead! Yum!
Jeff hugging John goodbye.
It was great to see them!

Happy 4th of July!

We spent that morning at the river with friends! The water was cold, but Parker was brave!
We spent that night having a BBQ with family!
Parker is all dressed up and ready to celebrate!

The Columbia River Gorge is so beautiful!

Taking a walk around the lodge.
The weather was perfect!
Parker being silly for our family photo!
The crib in our room was so tiny.
Parker kept banging into the sides of it and waking up.
We ended up driving to The Dalles that night to get his Pack 'n Play.
It was a long night, but he slept much better after that!Ready to eat breakfast the next morning. We thought this sign outside the cafe was funny!
Our friends, Todd and Maryn, had a Mercedes to drive for the weekend.
They drove up and surprised Jeff as a late birthday present!
It was so fun being able to surprise him and spend time with them!
We hiked to the top of Beacon Rock!In our robes ready to go to the pool and hot tub.We took Parker out to play before dinner.
He wasn't too sure about the grass.
