After four days in the NICU we finally got to take Parker home!
Here he is holding my finger during his first car ride.
Parker's cousin Emily hung up decorations to welcome him home! Parker had jaundice so he had to sleep in a bili bed. After a few days his levels dropped! Wahooo!
I was in labor for 36 hours. Here we are after I got an epidural!
Jeff was an amazing support the entire time!
Parker John Davis arrived at 8:44am on August 2nd!
He weighed 7 pounds 12 ounces and was 20 inches long. I got to hold him for a minute before they had to take him to the NICU. Wow...this is our son! He's beautiful and perfect! Parker had to go to the NICU after a long and traumatic delivery. He had a broken collarbone and low blood sugar. The doctors and nurses took good care of him! It was sad seeing him hooked up to all of those machines.
They couldn't have planned a more perfect shower!I started crying when I walked in and saw everything. The decorations were fantastic and the food was amazing!I opened so many wonderful gifts! Everybody took part in writing a poem about Parker. Then we painted onesies for him.
We took a road trip to Oregon and Washington in June.
We celebrated Jeff's birthday during our trip!
The weather wasn't the best, but we still had a blast! Nate and Noelle are having fun on a bridge during our rainy hike!As you can see, Parker keeps growing and growing! This is the view from our deck at Skamania Lodge...amazing!
